The print

Paisley and repeating floral scrollwork cover the tan-and-brown ground in a fine, continuous pattern. Printed through a specialist converter on one route, the earthy tones stay even and the wide-border repeat stays aligned piece to piece.

The drape

Light at 425 g and soft in the hand, it pleats readily and carries comfortably for hours. The calm tan-and-brown is a natural everyday and office choice that still holds up for a daytime occasion.

Before first wear

It comes unstitched, the form that stays exchange-eligible, so the shade can be checked before finishing. When happy, have the fall and pico done and stitch the blouse from the attached 80 cm piece.
