The print

Paisley and floral motifs run across the dark-brown ground in cream, burnt orange and muted gold, opening into the block-panelled pallu. Printed on a single route through a specialist converter, the rich tones stay even and the panels repeat cleanly.

The drape

Light at 425 g and fluid despite the depth of colour, it pleats easily and carries for hours. The warm autumn palette suits a daytime celebration, office wear and daily wear.

Before first wear

It ships unstitched, the form that stays exchange-eligible, so the shade can be checked before finishing. When happy, have the fall and pico done and stitch the blouse from the attached 80 cm piece.
